This is without doubt the best eyeshadow palette i have ever used. The range of colours is incredible and there is absolutely no fallout, even with the glittery shades. It also lasts all day and looks as good at the end of the day as it did when it was applied. The packaging is amazing as always with P Louise products. I am so happy i purchased it, such a happy customer. I would highly recommend this palette to anyone and know that they will also be impressed.

After 11 days , i haven't received my parcel and the company doesn't care about that. The tracking number has shown that the item is in transit from 16th May and when I asked customers service ti chase the case , they said we can not trace it on behalf of you, buy obviously sender can contact to courier and solve the problem. Not recommended.

Sadly my delivery I sent back as not in normal p Louise packaging it was explained to me that the packaging they used was a promotion they sent it back to me not a problem. Unfortunately, there was a disruptive in getting these to me probably someone in Royal Mail or someone in transit had taken the pallets P Louise Customer Service team were fantastic and sent me new ones which got to me in good time. Thank you so much. Packaging is gorgeous gorgeous colors thank you.
